When you feel sluggish or need a boost, aromatherapy is the perfect helper with energising and uplifting oils. Diffuse and enjoy the reviving natural scent. After air travel or periods of inactivity add Journé blend to your selected carrier oil and apply sweeping massage movements on legs and feet to energise. May also be used in the bath.
Contains 100% pure essential oils of: Grapefruit, Eucalyptus, Cypress, Mandarin, Black Pepper, Rosemary and Sweet Fennel.

For diffusion: Add 4-8 drops into ultra-sonic or ceramic diffuser
For steam inhalation: Add 2-4 drops in bowl of steaming hot water.
For tissue/cotton ball: Add 1-2 drops. Keep handy and inhale regularly.
