Pure Essential Oil Blend

A refreshingly vibrant and cleansing blend to help soothe congestion and irritation. For colds and flus, use as a steam or tissue inhalation or dilute in a carrier oil or balm and use as a chest rub. Put a few drops in an aroma diffuser or create a room spray for anti-microbial and antiseptic effect.

Contains 100% pure essential oils of: Eucalyptus, Tea Tree, Myrtle, Fir Needle, Lemon, Peppermint Eucalyptus, Spearmint, Peppermint.

Usage:

For diffusion: Add 4-8 drops into ultra-sonic or ceramic diffuser

For room spray: Add 20 drops into 100ml of water. Shake well before using.

For steam inhalation: Add 2-4 drops in bowl of steaming hot water.

For tissue/cotton ball: Add 1-2 drops. Keep handy and inhale regularly.
